I also have the CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) designation held by only 4% of Realtors(CRS is the highest designation awarded to Realtors in residentail sales) and the “GRI” designation (Graduate Realtor Institute). My in depth training includes Real Estate Appraisal, Financing, Legal Aspects, Economics and Escrows.
